from the Garage to Our Own Space
What began as a small garage gym slowly became so much more than I could have imagined. I built StrongHER while being a mom, balancing motherhood with building a business from the ground up. I handled the workouts, the programming, the marketing, the social media, the scheduling, and all the little behind-the-scenes pieces that come with building something of your own.
But the most special part wasn’t just watching the business grow. It was watching the community grow.
One woman became a few. A few became many. The garage became a place where women came to get stronger, feel confident, encourage one another, and feel like they belonged. Eventually, we simply outgrew the space that started it all.
And now, by God’s grace, StrongHER Fitness is growing into a space of its own.
What started with the equipment I had, one client, and a dream has grown into a community of women who continue to show up for themselves and for each other.
